Big O Tires

Genuinely THE BEST experience I’ve had with a shop. They got me in same day, ordered my tires, and had me in and out in a few hours. Spoke to Juan over the phone, Karen checked me in once I arrived, and both of them spoke with me throughout the service to keep me updated. Phenomenal customer service. They truly care about their customers and it’s written in the way they work. Cozy waiting area, coffee and waters stocked for customers, free wifi, and clean bathrooms. Will definitely be back.

This place is going to try and scam you. How do I know? I caught them in a bold faced lie today when they called to let me know my car was ready to pick up after a routine oil change. I came here because I had a coupon. They told me over the phone that the technicians checked my brakes and noticed my rear brake pads were dangerously low, and even my rotors needed replacing. But they clearly didn’t actually check, considering my rear brake pads are brand new from when I replaced them myself two months ago. They then admitted that they had only looked at the Carfax and had just assumed the brakes and rotors would need replacing since the maintenance wasn’t listed on the report. Women especially beware. They were clearly banking on the assumption that I was naive and didn’t know any better. Now I’m wondering what else they lied about… Save your money for a shop that actually values honesty and isn’t out to pick their customers’ pockets. Update- Of course they called me- gaslighting me, essentially telling me I made the whole situation up because it wasn’t documented in the service report… OBVIOUSLY- because I called them out on it over the phone- of course they weren’t going to do

Wanted to recognize Big O tires and Zackary Sifford specifically, brought my car in with a mass air flow sensor error that occurred immediately after getting my oil changed at Valvoline express on the corner of Edgemoor and Clinton Hwy, after the Valvoline employees said they didn't do anything wrong and couldn't help me, I took it to Big O's and Zackary found the problem, they hadn't connected the sensor back correctly and he fixed it in five minutes. So 5 stars to Zack and 0 stars to Valvoline, don't go there for an oil change but definitely go to Big O's, they were great as always

My family was blessed with FOUR new tires from an anonymous angel at Faith Promise Church. On top of receiving such a blessing I got the privilege to meet the wonderful and welcoming manager of Big O tires; JT, as he personally handled my service. In my time there I had the opportunity to see JT spend time on my car as well as other guest. Making myself and anyone there feel like family and that any auto needs were truly being taken care of with intent, compassion and enthusiasm. I’m so pleased with my experience with all involved and my time at Big O Tires. Now my number one recommendation for any auto needs!
